Dnes Oracle oznámil, že kupuje společnost Eloqua, cloudovového poskytovatele moderních marketingových aplikací. Eloqua dodává software pro automatizaci marketingu a performance management. Software pomáhá automatizovat marketingové procesy ve více než 1200 organizacích.
Hodnota transakce činí cca 871 mil. USD a má být dokončena v 1. polovině roku 2013.
Oracle již dříve v letošním roce koupil platformu pro automatizaci marketingu Vitrue.
